In the winery sector, residents in the program learn all aspects and secrets in producing high-quality wine. Throughout the year, each one of them takes part in the cultivation of vineyards, the harvest and the transformation process of grapes into wine. According to the change of season, jobs vary. It starts, in the winter months, with the pruning of plants until March, keeping inline with the Guyot pruning technique. This is followed by the choice of shoots and buds, the conveyance of vegetation, sided by winery productions: from refining wine; to bottling up; to all warehouse operations and inventory transactions.
