It is one of the first areas of training born within the Community. Here the guys in the program have the chance to learn the differences and peculiarities of different breeds of cattle and pig, experiencing all the stages of breeding, from birth to the preparation for slaughter. In particular, the rearing of Chianina cattle, high pedigree, and that of the Mora Romagnola pigs. During their training, the guys in the industry learn farming techniques of past generations, using methods compatible with the environment and the natural development of animals, using only Non GMO foods.
