Call Center of San Patrignano

Until recently there was an external agency that managed the subscriptions of Sanpa News. While in Botticella, a small group of residents took surveys on the subscribers audience. Here the idea was created to establish a real call center, giving the opportunity to residents to learn a profession in great demand. The group currently consists of around twenty residents, who have learnt to promote the subscription of the Sanpa News magazine and other community initiatives; learning to use the database management system as well as updating personal and shared agendas with notes of the call results.
